At Athlete Rise we focus primarily on helping athletes return to their sport and play the game as long as possible. Our sole purpose is enhance the athletic lives of every player we with interact with. We are strictly 1-1 for the entire treatment/training session. We do not utilize physical therapy techs or assistants. This allows us to provide a more detailed and intimate experience when working with athletes who are in pain and are highly motivated to play their sport pain free.
Most importantly we will listen to your story. From there we will perform a thorough body assessment utilizing multiple modes of technology to find out your source of pain and more importantly the cause/s. Client education is foundation to who we are; you will walk away with new information and answers. We will then establish a plan of attack and begin working collectively on resolving the problem.
At Athlete Rise, we operate as a cash-based practice, which means we do not bill insurance directly. Instead, we prioritize personalized, one-on-one care without the time constraints and treatment limitations that often come with insurance-based models.
However, we’re happy to provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Every insurance plan is different, so we recommend checking your benefits ahead of time.
We’ve made a deliberate choice to stay out-of-network with insurance providers so we can deliver the highest level of care, performance coaching, and rehab support—without compromise.

By working outside the insurance model, we’re able to:
In many cases, our approach results in better outcomes with fewer visits—saving you time, money, and frustration.
